Lesedi is a Social Scientist, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, Social Entrepreneur , Program Manager and Research Consultant with over 5 years’ work experience in Postgraduate Research, Programme Monitoring and Evaluation, Socio-economic Research, Strategic Management, Research and Development. His main research and consulting areas are: Evaluations of educational/learnership Programmes, Policy Surveys; Programme Monitoring and Evaluations (M&E), Feasibility Studies.

Lesedi holds a MA in Policy Monitoring and Evaluations from the University of Johannesburg (UJ), a BA Honours in Public Management, Governance and Public Policy (UJ), BA Degree in Political Science, at (UJ) , A Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law (UJ), and a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation (TMALI). Lesedi has excellent knowledge of the following statistical and econometric packages: CSPro, SPSS, SAS, Eviews, Stata and Input-Output & SAM modelling.

He is currently studying for a Doctorate Degree in Policy Monitoring and Evaluations. The main focus areas for his masters and doctorate studies are Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Good Governance Management, Public Policy Management, Outcomes Approach, Results-Based Management.

Bruce is a Professional Teacher, Historian, Social Scientist and Research Consultant . He holds a Bachelor of Education B.Ed (FET General) degree from the University of Pretoria and is currently in his second year of Law (LLB) with the University of South Africa (UNISA).
Bruce comes from an educational background. Taught History and Life Orientation for Senior and FET phases. He taught Crawford College Pretoria (4 years), Social Sciences and Life Orientation Reddford House (3 year), and is currently an English Teacher at Abbotts College Centurion.
Furthermore, Bruce has held various leadership positions such as chairman of BizSchool and director at CEA.He has excellent knowledge of the following statistical and econometric packages: Excel, CSPro, SPSS, SAS, EVIEWS, and STATA

Dr Palesa Natasha Mothap| Associate Consultant

Dr Palesa Natasha Mothapo is currently the Director of Research Support and Management at Nelson Mandela University. Palesa holds a Ph.D degree in Zoology focus on Invasion Biology from Stellenbosch University, a specialist myrmecologist with 6 years’ experience internationally as a postdoc in ant community ecology and applied entomology. She is deeply committed to advancing capacity development, career support, and employability for high-end skills graduates, particularly Ph.Ds and Postdocs, across African higher education institutions. Palesa holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Research Management from George Mason University, a diploma in Public Management from the University of California Davis and has earned certificates in Environmental Law and Biostatistics from the University of Pretoria. In her pursuit of understanding higher education policies and research metrics, Palesa is currently pursuing a second Master's degree in Science and Technology Studies. Notable among her achievements, she is a 2023 DST-SARIMA Early Career Excellence Awardee, 2023-204 IREX University Administration and Support Leadership Fellow, a 2020 InspiringFifty Women in STEM awardee, a 2018 Mandela Washington Fellowship alumnus, and a GreenMatter WWF Nedbank Green Trust Emerging Leader. She was recognized in the 2014 Mail and Guardian 200 Young South Africans and currently serves as the Chapter Advisor at the Golden Key International Honour Society Stellenbosch Chapter. Actively contributing to research and innovation, Palesa lead the BRECCIA project for sustainable water and food security in Sub-Saharan Africa's drylands. She holds positions in various committees, including SARIMA, ReMNet Africa, and the Technical Sub-Committee for Good Research Management Practice under the African Academy of Sciences. Palesa is actively engaged in Communities of Practice, focusing on employability and entrepreneurship in Ghana, Nigeria and South Africa, further demonstrating her commitment to addressing the career and employment challenges of high-end graduates. Palesa is a STEM mentor, the founder companies including the Pan-African Postdoc Network, ULG Agri, and the NGO Youth Social Press, and she is a research coach and academic statistician.

Leroshka (Leroo) Murugan | Associate Consultant

Leroshka (Leroo) Murugan is a distinguished academic professional renowned for her research acumen and commitment to advancing education. Commencing her academic journey in 2014, she excelled in obtaining her Bachelor of Education degree in 2017 with honors. This achievement paved the way for her to delve deeper into the field, leading to the successful completion of her Honours in Education, specializing in Professional Development, in 2018, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Leroo continued her pursuit of knowledge by earning a Master's in Education in 2019.

Leroo's proficiency in research became evident during her tenure as a research assistant for the Engineering department, where she focused on investigating the adaptation of the Engineering curriculum to meet the evolving needs of students entering the workforce. Armed with a diverse set of research skills and tools, she actively contributes to the interdisciplinary nature of her ongoing Ph.D. journey, which commenced in 2022. Her current doctoral research is a testament to her forward-thinking approach, as it scrutinizes the preparedness of lecturers in the Education and Engineering fields for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR).

Notably, Leroo's expertise extends beyond the academic realm, as she boasts a Fulbright scholarship, underscoring her outstanding achievements and recognition in the field. Her multifaceted background, coupled with her passion for learning and knowledge dissemination, positions Leroo as a valuable asset in navigating the complex intersection of education and technology. Her dedication to research, development, and fostering continuous advancement aligns seamlessly with the evolving landscape of 21st-century learning.

Dr NN Khuzwayo  | Associate Consultant

Dr. Noxolo Nomfundo Khuzwayo currently serves as a Stakeholder Liaison Manager in the MEC’s office at the KZN Department of Sport, Arts and Culture. Prior to joining KZN DSAC, Dr. Khuzwayo held a position as a Lecturer at the Durban University of Technology in the department of Public Management. With a recently completed Ph.D. from the University of Zululand, her doctoral research focused on "The BRICS New Development Bank as an alternative to the World Bank and IMF: A Better Economic Balance and Sustainable Development for the African Region."
Possessing a Master's Degree in Public Administration, Dr. Khuzwayo's previous academic pursuits explored "The Exposition of BRICS Political and Economic Governance: Towards a New and Balanced Global Order." She also holds a degree in BComm Management Information Systems from the University of Zululand.
Dr. Khuzwayo brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Go-Getters Brand, with main research interests spanning Public Administration and Governance, International Relations and Politics, ICT, Public Policy, Sustainable Governance, and Local Government service delivery.
She is a staunch advocate for empowering women in politics, believing that there is a growing eagerness in both the continent and South Africa to embrace talented women politicians. Dr. Khuzwayo aspires to be a significant game-changer in how women engage in the political space in South Africa, embodying the philosophy that "Empowered women empower women."
In addition to her professional roles, Dr. Khuzwayo is actively involved as a mentor in the BRICS Student Commission of South Africa. Mr Sekome Mashapa | Associate Consultant, Snr Econometrician
Sekome is a lecturer at the Department of Economics and Econometrics, University of Johannesburg (UJ). His field of expertise among others include International Economics and Regional Trade Issues, macro econometric modelling, monetary and public finance and political economy.
He is also an expert in the use of Computer Statistical Applications Softwares - Eviews, STATA, Computable General Equilibrium (CGE) Model and SMART Partial Equilibrium Model and Gravity Trade Models. Some of his notable achievements include Undertaking sectoral studies and trade policy related analytical work to facilitate the preparation of negotiation position for the Economic Partnership Agreements (EPAs) negotiation at each negotiating clusters and serve as a Secretariat for the National development and Trade Policy Forum (NDTPF); Providing briefing material on relevant EU/ACP and WTO/GATT implementation Issues and organize workshops and enlightening seminars on trade policy and similar subject matters to stakeholders and contributing to capacity building through transfer of skills to national officials/counterparts but just to mention a few.

Professor Dominique Emmanuel Uwizeyimana | Associate Consultant
Dr Dominique E Uwizeyimana started his academic career at the University of Limpopo in 2011 until he joined UJ in 2014. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor degree in Public Administration at the University of the Western Cape in 2002 and his Honours degree Cum Laude in Public Administration from the University of Stellenbosch in 2004. He obtained his Master’s Degree in Public Affairs and Administration from the University of Cape Town in 2006 and his D. Litt et Phil in Public Management and Governance from the University of Johannesburg in 2012. His Masters research focussed on a critical analysis of the New Public Management (NPM) Principles in the Sub-Saharan African Context and his PhD focussed on a critical analysis of the “Effects of party-political interests on policy implementation effectiveness”.
Before his academic career, Dominique was a Programme Administrator in the African Paediatrics Fellowship Programme (APFP) at the School of Child and Adolescent Health (SCAH), UCT (2007-2009) and the Awareness, Surveillance, Advocacy and Prevention Programme (ASAP) in the Faculty of Medicine at UCT (2009-2010).
Dr Uwizeyimana’s main areas of research interest include Public Administration theories, politics, project management, democracy and democratic governance, human rights, gender and ethnic rights issues, ICT, education, public policy analysis, sustainable governance and service delivery.

Dr. Climant Khosa | Associate Consultant, Academic

Climant holds a Bachelor of Education degree; Bachelor of Science with Honors in Science Education; Masters of Science in Science Education from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits). He is also completed his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Science Education at Wits University. Climant is currently working as a lecturer in the Faculty of Education at the University of Pretoria and supervising Honors and Masters students in Science Education. During his time as a sessional lecturer at Wits University, he also worked as a writing center consultant assisting mainly postgraduate students with academic writing skills. Climant assisted a lot of masters and PhD students in executing their research projects especially qualitative data analysis
